Courtney's Secret

A new lease and a landlord's wife

He moves in hoping to start over. Courtney's Secret introduces its renter as a man with a clean slate, and introduces Courtney, the landlord's wife, as the reason that slate does not stay clean for long. The attraction is quick and seems mutual, or at least it looks that way at first.

What lifts the series above a standard affair story is the space under Courtney's house. The hidden room down there points to something bigger, an arrangement the neighbors appear to share, and it reframes the renter's position entirely: he may not be the one doing the pursuing.

A darker tone than most

Candy AI files the series under MILF and Taboo, but the premise borrows from suburban thrillers too, with a balance of power that is not what it first appears. As on every Candy Shorts title, the characters are AI-generated, and the full episodes are adult drama available only behind the 18+ login on candy.ai. Clips that appear on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube are cut to be safe for those platforms. For how much the full versions show, our Candy Shorts nudity guide has the details.

Two episodes free before the locks

Episodes 1 and 2 play at no cost after a quick free sign-up; the other 3 are locked. At episode 3 the player offers Candy AI Premium, which the platform says unlocks premium episodes, and shows a per-episode price of 12 tokens an episode, as of October 2026. The free pair is enough to establish the tenant, Courtney and the house.

For fans of neighborhood secrets

Courtney's Secret suits viewers who want suspense folded into their adult drama. What They Don't Know also involves neighbors and a private club, Behind on Rent shares the MILF tag and a rental setup in its title, and The Man Next Door Knows keeps its story right next door.
